Let your senses experience an evening with the many flavours of our vegetarian artworks. On our gourmet evenings, beets' chef cook Nicolas Curtil personally cooks the vegetarian multiple course menu. Nico also runs the well renowned vegetarian restaurant Chez Nico in Innsbruck, Austria, and has acquired 16 points and 2 chef's caps in Gault&Millau.
The gourmet evening take place a few times a year and a reservation is required.
